Becoming a Wholesale Partner

To ensure we can provide the level of service, support, and consistency our partners expect, we ask all prospective wholesale partners to complete a wholesale application.
Each application is thoughtfully reviewed to better understand your business, your coffee goals, and whether we are the right fit to work together. Our goal is not simply to supply coffee, but to build long-term partnerships with businesses that value quality, craftsmanship, and collaboration.

Wholesale Requirements
To maintain the quality and service standards of our wholesale program, our minimum starting commitment is:
- Roasted Coffee: A minimum order of 5 pounds of bulk coffee per week
- Cold Brew Program: A minimum commitment of one 5-gallon keg every two weeks
These minimums allow us to dedicate the necessary attention to roasting, production planning, quality control, and ongoing support for each wholesale account.

Wholesale Fulfillment Schedule
To ensure consistent quality and freshness, wholesale orders are consolidated weekly from approved partners every Monday at 1:00 PM. Orders received before the cutoff will be roasted and fulfilled for Thursday delivery, pickup, or shipment.
This weekly schedule allows us to maintain the highest standards throughout the roasting and preparation process. As our wholesale network expands, fulfillment schedules may evolve to accommodate increased demand while continuing to provide reliable service to our partners.

A rotating decaffeinated coffee offering that changes based on availability and sourcing. While the origin may vary, we are committed to maintaining a high-quality decaf option year-round.
Rotating Single-Origin Offerings
Throughout the year, we feature rotating coffees from different origins, farms, and regions. These coffees are selected to showcase unique flavor profiles, seasonal availability, and the diversity of specialty coffee.
Rotating coffees typically change every 2–3 months, allowing us to continually introduce new experiences while maintaining freshness and quality.

Wholesale partners have access to both our year-round staples and rotating seasonal offerings. We work with partners to select coffees that best fit their customers, menu, and service style while maintaining consistency and quality.
Keg Cold Brew Offerings
Our cold brew program delivers a smooth, ready-to-serve coffee experience designed for cafés, restaurants, hospitality groups, and businesses looking to offer high-quality cold coffee with minimal preparation.
Our cold brew is brewed using a carefully selected recipe of coffees and a process designed to highlight sweetness, body, and clarity. Each batch is filtered through a multi-stage filtration process to achieve a clean, consistent product that is ready for service on tap.

As a full-service coffee partner, we provide more than just exceptional coffee. We are also a wholesale provider of Nuova Simonelli espresso equipment, offering access to professional-grade machines and solutions designed to meet the needs of cafés, restaurants, and hospitality businesses.
Our team provides comprehensive coffee bar training to help your staff develop confidence and consistency behind the bar. Training can include espresso preparation, grinder adjustment, drink preparation, workflow best practices, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
We also offer coffee bar consultations to help businesses build an efficient and functional coffee program from the ground up. Our consultations include guidance on:
- Coffee bar layout and workflow optimization
- Equipment selection based on volume, menu, and operational needs
- Recommended equipment placement and installation locations
- Bar design considerations for efficiency and consistency
For equipment purchased through us, we also provide professional equipment installation services, helping ensure your espresso machines and related equipment are properly installed, configured, and ready for operation.
Our goal is to provide a complete coffee solution—from selecting the right equipment to training your team—so your business can confidently deliver a high-quality coffee experience.
Delivery & Pickup
We proudly support our local wholesale partners with dedicated delivery service within a 15-mile radius of our facility. Our goal is to make receiving fresh, quality coffee as seamless as possible, with scheduled local deliveries available according to our weekly fulfillment schedule.
For wholesale partners outside of our local delivery area, we offer dependable shipping options to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and on time. Wholesale customers are also welcome to arrange local pickup from our facility if preferred.
Wholesale delivery and pickup options are available exclusively to approved wholesale accounts. All retail e-commerce orders for packaged coffee are fulfilled through shipping only and are not eligible for local delivery or pickup.
